Spatial Affairs, under landscape architect and primary consultant OLIN, and in tandem with Rick Mather USA, is proud to be a part of the new 5th Avenue four block long David H. Koch Plaza.

Spatial Affairs designed 14 new monolithic stone benches, 14 asymmetrical custom jumbo parasols that will help to add structure to the street vendors alongside, a new 650 sq ft guard booth and storage facility in Central Park on the south side of the Museum, and a new bronze clad security station to the north.
